Dr. Wayland is a husband, father, author, and lover of Jesus and His people. He and his wife, Jeanette, are founders and apostolic leaders of The Gathering Kingdom Center in Arlington, TX, Greater Works Generation Ministries International, and MJM Coaching & Consulting LLC. He is a member of the Apostolic Council for Freedom Crusades International based in Beaumont, TX.  Wayland is also an adjunct professor at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, TX.

A lover of the Word and the Spirit, he holds a DM in Semiotics, Church, & Culture from George Fox University, Masters of Business in Executive Leadership and a Masters in Divinity from Liberty University. 

He has traveled across the United States and the nations, equipping leaders and doing the work of evangelism with a heart to see renewal, restoration, and reformation come to the body of Christ.

Wayland has written two books, “Walking with God: Repairing the Breach & Restoring the Ancient Path of Discipleship” and “Racism and The Church and the Nation,” and is working on his new book, “Incarnational Discipleship”.
